The Fraser a River of Life and Legend (2020)

My second book focusing on the mighty Fraser River documents the people, places and landscape of this great river. Part memoir and part journal the book records the adventures of Carol Blacklaws as she drives along logging roads, rides river rafts and paddles a canoe while completing a 1600 kilometre adventure down the main stem of British Columbia’s greatest river. This book offers a very personal view of the people, landscape and adventures that can be found along the Fraser River between its mountain origins and its Saltchuck estuary.
